- What importance does our organization give to providing quality, safe, equitable and person-centred services?
Relatively little Importance: the concepts of service quality and safety, equity and person-centred services are included in our strategic documents (mission, vision, values), but are not reflected in organizational culture, planning and program and service delivery.
We congratulate you on taking this first step towards more equitable, safer quality health services focused on the needs of the people you serve.
