The Société Santé en français and the French Health Network of Central Southwestern Ontario respect and protect the confidentiality of the users of the equity-link.ca site and agree to:

The information is retained for as long as the User is registered to the equity-link.ca site.

Therefore, this information is solely associated with the User account who entered the information.
