Course Overview

eQUITY Fundamentals

This training course serves as a guide to support managers in planning, implementing and evaluating French-Language services within their organizations. It aims to help you analyze your current situation and then determine where to start in order to improve the equitable access to services for the Francophone and Acadian communities.

Bilingual Health Workforce Strategy 2.0

This training course is a complement to the one titled eQUITY Fundamentals which offers a global approach to planning, implementing and evaluating the availability of health services in French. It will be useful in elaborating your own recruiting and retaining strategies regarding bilingual staff in a labour shortage context in the health sector.

Communities of practice: a collaborative approach to increasing French language services

This training, based on the experience of the French Health Network of Central Southwestern Ontario, was developed to support health partners who wish to work in communities of practice to increase the provision of French language health services by creating strategic projects that address identified issues and needs.
